 Donation Request     Donations    40th Anniversary

Parkhill School is currently going through a revision of the library. The State of California mandates that the library maintains twenty (20) books per child.  Parkhill is reaching this goal through donated books and books with large print from not only the private sector but the public as well. The ultimate goal is to provide these deserving children with a modern up-to-date school library and media center, where they can watch educational films, take out books from the library, use it for homework and receive tutoring in a more private setting.

It is the dream of our children that the library/media center will look much like the picture above.  Though our goal may not be reached by our Fortieth Anniversary date, we hope to be well underway in making the changes you see.  It is through donations from both the private and public sector that will make the dreams of our students and our goal possible.

Phase 1 of the Library Renovation was completed over the Memorial Day Weekend.  With the help of Staff, Parents and Volunteers, the new look of the library was revealed on June 03, 2006.  If you would like to see more of the renovation project, please Click Here.
